These terms govern use of Marketing Assistant. Design credits are non-refundable except where required by law. You retain rights to content you provide; templates are licensed for your marketing use according to the credits you purchase.

Usage rights: exported designs may be used for commercial marketing. Redistribution of template source files or the editor as a competing service is not permitted.

Payment terms: prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Failed downloads may be retried while your account is active.

Refund policy: digital credit purchases are generally final; contact support for billing issues.
